act of kindness / goodwill
かれのこういにかんしゃしています。—I am grateful for his act of kindness.
request / favour
お願いがあるんですが、いいですか。—I have a request — is that okay?
to help / to rescue
友達がこまっているから、たすけてあげます。—Because my friend is in trouble, I will help them.
to hold / to carry
思い荷物をもってあげましょうか。—Shall I carry your heavy luggage for you?
to teach / to tell
みちをおしえてくれてありがとうございます。—Thank you for telling me the way.
to take someone along / to bring
お母さんがこうえんにつれていってくれました。—My mother took me to the park.
